Reservation Policy for Star Dancer  

Reservation Policy 

Cancellation policy: An advance notice of 14 days prior to arrival date is required to cancel reservation in order to refund advance deposit less a $75.00 cancellation fee. If reservation is canceled within 14 days of arrival, advance deposit is non- refundable. 

 Check-in is at 4:00pm and Checkout is 10:00am. If you plan to check-in after 5pm, there will be a $25.00 late arrival fee. We will try to accommodate any early arrivals depending if unit is available. Please call 956.761.5633 to inquire on date of arrival.

 Unit: No pets are allowed in the unit. This is a non-smoking unit. This unit is available only to families.  Unsupervised students are allowed on other specific properties

 Directions to  Chacon Realty, LLC for Check-in. Turn left on Padre Blvd on the Island after getting off the Queen Isabella Cause Way. Travel approximately 4 miles. Address is North Plaza 5800 Padre Blvd. Suite 205. Cross street is Palmetto. Office is located on second floor.

 Maintenance: The goal is to keep accommodations free of “ needed maintenance” during a guest’s stay. Appliances, including air conditioners, do, however, need occasional service. Please report any problem at once so that it may be addressed. We will service it in the shortest time possible. There are no guarantees for failures of a general nature or appliances, including air conditioners (sorry, no refunds). We will do our best to assist in making your visit a good one to be remembered for a lifetime.

 Reservations/ Reservations Deposits: Reservations are made for specific condominium resorts for specific dates. We cannot guarantee specific unit availability but will make every effort to accommodate and honor a requested specific unit. Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of an advance reservation deposit of a credit card for one night room and tax.  By giving us your advance deposit, you demonstrate a commitment to honor your reservation. The deposit must be received while making your reservation. No warranty is stated or implied by our acceptance of your advance deposit. Upon processing deposit, a confirmation will be mailed, e-mailed or faxed to you. The confirmation document will serve as a receipt for your advance deposit and confirm the rate and dates reserved.

Housekeeping Services: Some accommodation are fully furnished by the individual owner to included vacuums and laundry appliances and equipped for housekeeping by the guests. Your unit is equipped with a washer/ dryer which can be used to wash all your towels and linens. There is no towel or linen exchanges. Accommodations have two-to-three day supply of soaps and paper products. Additional supplies are the responsibility of the guests. A one time maid service fee of $50.00 will be charged for each reservation.

Payments: Payments of rental balances are charged 3 days of arrival date to original credit card given to us at time of your reservation. The balance must be paid with a Visa / Master Card or traveler’s checks. If payment is made by travelers check, it must be paid in full 7 days before your arrival. If your payment is not received by this date, your reservation will be cancelled and your advance deposit will be forfeited.

WARNING: DO NOT LET UNATTENDED CHILDREN BE ON THE BALCONY OR IN SWIMMING POOL  BY THEMSELVES. THEY NEED TO BE ACCOMPANIED BY AN ADULT AT ALL TIMES.

 Your rental policy will be sent with your confirmation letter along with check-in instructions and other important information. The confirmation letter will also contain your confirmation number, date of arrival and departure. In addition, it will also have the full name and address of the person making the reservation. 

   The policy can be discussed upon inquiring for the availability of the units. Cancellation policy varies with each rental company. We will be more than happy to answer all your questions.  

   It is important that all rental policies are reviewed when received as they contain specific information.
