   Chacon Realty, L.L.C. was established on the sole basis of fiduciary duties, and responsibilities.  Which are defined as follows by the Texas Real Estate Commission:
"Fiduciaries are held to the highest amount of good faith, are required to exclude all selfish interest, are prohibited from putting themselves in position where personal interest and representative interest will conflict and must, in any direct dealing with the principal, make full disclosure of all relevant facts and give the latter an opportunity to obtain independent advice"
In addition there are important obligations a fiduciary owes to a principle:

* Loyalty
* Confidentiality
* Full disclosure
* Obedience
* The duty to investigate and to use skill, care and due diligence
* The duty to account for all monies.

Chacon Realty, L.L.C. was established to provide Real Estate Sales, Condominium Property Management, and Mortgage Lending.   We are members of the Laguna Madre Area Property Listing Service and Members of the Brownsville Board of Realtors.. In addition, we are members of the South Padre Island Chamber of Commerce.
